Starting Consulting Service
We launched consulting services with just two members in a small office to redefine workforce management. Today, our company has evolved into a premier holding group operating an integrated ecosystem combining strategic consulting, multi-tier vetting, and institutional training to deliver high-caliber solutions for private families and hospitality enterprises.

Val The Consultant Jakarta was officially established.

Opened the PIK 2 Office.

Opened the Medan branch and developed the NPD Center in Jakarta.

Established VTC SG PTE LTD
VTC established its Singapore entity alongside a marketing office in South Jakarta, expanding our regional footprint and strengthening our company's capacity to serve international clients with elite workforce solutions.

Opened Nexus The Institute and officially launched Valove
VTC opened NEXUS The Institute and officially launched Valove, marking a new chapter in our journey and expanding our company's portfolio into luxury brand management.

Valiving Bali was launched
