Provision of Adequate Food The client is obliged to provide adequate, clean and adequate food intake on a regular basis to support the health and stamina of the candidate’s daily work.
Rest Area Facilities For the live-in work system , the Client is obliged to provide a room or rest area that is suitable, safe, provides guaranteed privacy, and meets residential cleanliness standards.
Zero Tolerance for Violence Clients are strictly prohibited from committing acts of violence in any form, whether physical, verbal, or psychological pressure on workers.
Adequate Rest Time Provide adequate daily rest time and proportional vacation time in accordance with the initial work agreement so that candidate performance remains optimal.
Accuracy of Salary Payments Clients are required to pay workers’ salaries on time every month, with a maximum tolerable delay limit of 7 calendar days.
Prohibition on Retaining Personal Documents Clients are not permitted to retain personal documents belonging to workers, such as KTP, diplomas, or other original population documents during the period of work.

The Regional Fee set by Val The Consultant includes management of legal administration processes, document processing, inter-regional coordination, and mobilization of workforce placement according to the destination location.

Does the Regional Fee Include Worker Transportation Costs?
No, Val The Consultant’s Regional Fee does not cover worker transportation costs. Transportation costs from the original location or training center to the client’s residential address are covered separately, depending on the travel mechanism and the candidate’s destination.
